He is survived by: his parents, Dave Clark and Cindy Clark; his sister Sarah Chambers (Chris); his nieces and nephews, Hayden Lenard, Alivia Hawley (Michael), Ethan, Makenna Morgan and Luke; his great-nephews, Bentley and Hudsyn Hawley; and his fiancée Nicole Wray (family: Brad, Patti Besteman, Blaire Wray, Jillie Wiemer). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and many close friends.
