He was predeceased by : his wife Olive; his son Gerald; and his brother Robert Cook (Irene). He is survived by : his children, Linda Hamp (Len), Bill, Barb, Steve (Perry), Ken and Tim Cook; and his sisters-in-law, Alice Wheat and Mary Lou Botma. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren.
