She is survived by : her mother Virginia Hazard; her siblings, Hal Hazard (Shannon) and Sally Cymbal; her nephew Christopher (Gosia Cymbal); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalia, Tomek and Kalina of Dublin, Ohio; and her nephew Don (Pam Arndt) of Spring Lake.
