He is survived by: his wife Bethany Whiteford; his daughters, Juli Daniels (Charlie), Jill Colthorp (Tim) and Amy Lein (John); his great grandchildren, Ian, Amy Fonnesbeck (Cole), Karl, Lindsey Fonnesbeck, Leslie, Billy Middendorf (William), Mead, Emily Fonnesbeck (Wyatt), Melissa, Mike Markin, Nichole, Lewis Ellwanger (Nora), Dustin and Chelsea Colthorp; his sister Judy Middleditch; and his sister-in-law Diane Whiteford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
