She was predeceased by : her parents, Leo Sullivan and Dorothy Sullivan (Sanders); and her son David Adamczyk. She is survived by : her husband Gerald Adamczyk; her children, Maria Pleiness (Dan Chapel) and Stephen Adamczyk (Anne); her grandsons, Keane Adamczyk (Amy), Jacob Pleiness (Shelby Meekhof) and Nathaniel Pleiness; her great grandchild Nash Pleiness; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Petersen and Christine Adamczyk. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews; and many dear friends.
