He is survived by: his wife Beth Smith; his sons, Jacob Smith (Jasmin), Justin Smith (Melanie) and Benjamin Smith; his grandchildren, Katie, Damien, Juliette, Jareth, Landen, Maz, Rue, Olivia and Zen; and his siblings, Michael Smith (Carol) of Battle Creek, Kathy Rainier (Chuck) of Battle Creek, Jennifer Cherry (Bob) of Deltona, FL, Christine Shoener (Gus) of Battle Creek, Lori Stickley (Rob) of Kalamazoo, MI, Miriam Smith (Steven) of Medfield, MA and Andrea Buschlen (Jeremy) of Battle Creek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
