He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Cloutier and Lillian Cloutier (Cray); his wife Alice Jankowski; and his brothers, Alex Cloutier Jr. and Vincent Cloutier.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Wagner (Ken) of Cedar Springs, Cinda Sobanksi (Michael) of Ludington, Christy Hemker (Jay) of Ludington and Robert Cloutier Jr. (Kathleen) of Ludington; and his sister Marlene Davidson of Scottville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
