Roberta A. Button Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roberta A. Button of Ludington, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 22, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Verboam and Clara Verboam (Hansen); her husband Les "Chum" Johnson; her daughter Teresa; and her siblings, Robert Verboam, John Verboam, George Verboam, Joanne Appledorn and Irene Anderson.

She is survived by: her children, Les Johnson (Susan), Tom Johnson (Shari) and Sue Johnson; her grandchildren, Adam Johnson (Lexi), Aaron Johnson (Mali), Jessi Bower, Erica Figgins (Michael), Jason Johnson, Heather Pollock, Ryan Johnson (Jane) and Brent Johnson (Laura Hogeboom); and her sister Janelle Schade. She is also survived by her 16 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews; and the last of the seven children.
