He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Pennington and Pearl Marie Pennington (Workman); and his sister Rebecca Horner. He is survived by: his daughter Nichole Shepard (Kyle); his grandchildren, Maveric, Aurora and Elizabeth; and his siblings, James Pennington (Diana), Thomas Pennington, Larry Pennington (Nancy) and Marcia Pennington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
