He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Clarence, Gladys Jozwiak, Bill and Gerry Rohr; and his uncle Bobby Jozwiak.

He is survived by : his parents, Nancy Jozwiak and Richard Jozwiak; his brother Michael Jozwiak (Angela); his nieces and nephews, Analeyia, Joseph, Ameira and Aubrie; and his aunts and uncles, Duane Dembny (Connie), Don Jozwiak (Denise), Kenny Jozwiak (Sharon), Carol Landuyt (late Bill), Sharon Whitefoot (Bill), Bill Rohr (Priscilla) and Pat Stewart (Jack). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
