He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Merlano and Anthony Romeo; his nieces, Kristina Suede-McDonald (Shawn) and Daniela Merlano-Zobrist (Jamey); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jake, Jordan, Francesca, Julianna and Joey; his stepson Chad Spencer (Elizabeth); his granddaughters, Lydia and Anna; and also, David Fhaner (Susan), Rosalie Welch (David) and Michael Fhaner (Witney).
