He is survived by: his children, Adam, Krystal Barnowsky (Rich Graves), Cody Richart (Nathan) and Amber Dissmore (Nick); his grandchildren, Sidney, Lola, Anthony, Kennedy and Brantley; and his siblings, Melody Sholes, Joseph Sholes and Scott Sholes.
