He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted and Evelyn; and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Kettlewell; his children, Daniel Lewandowski, Amy Lewandowski and Ryan Kettlewell; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Anthony, Adam, Blake, Brendan, Gage and Cayden; his great grandchild Tegan; and his siblings, Stan, Gary, Craig and Deon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
