We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2023, at the age of 60, David Allan Carter (Macomb, Michigan), born in Garden City, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Betty Carter; and his siblings, Charles Carter Jr., Joyce Carter and Dennis Carter. He is survived by : his wife Renee Carter. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family, and numerous friends.
