He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cunningham; his daughters, Amberly Cardamone (Adam) and Allison Snopek (Matthew); his grandsons, Arlo, Jameson and Holton; his siblings, Cheryl Bourcier, Paula Lieske (Rick) and Craig Glines (Lisa); and his mother-in-law Ruth Cunningham. He is also survived by brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends.
