He is survived by: his parents, Robert David and Rebecca Lee Oaks (VanCleve); his wife Kelly McKay; his son Nicholas; his brothers, Alex Oaks (Amanda), Steve Parkman (Suzie) and Donald Wingard (Ulyana); his mother-in-law Cheryl McKay (late Edward); and his brother-in-law Brian McKay (Margaret). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and countless extended family members and friends.
