He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carter and Francis Carter; and his brothers, Chuck (Peggy) and Robert (Karen). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his sons, Tom (Becky) and Jen Hamilton (Todd); his grandchildren, Zachary, Emily, Cassidy Hamilton, Jacob and Alex Carter; and his brothers, Jim (Pamela) and John (Diane).
