Donald William Robinson Sr. Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald William Robinson Sr. (Macomb, Michigan), who passed away on November 28, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robinson and Claris Robinson (Bush); his wife Carol Ann Thursam; his siblings, Dale Robinson (Jean), Beverly Milligan and Barbara Lawrence; his in-laws, Arthur and Dorothy Thursam; and his sister-in-law Susan Booth.
He is survived by: his children, Heather Davis (Steve), Hillary Sobilo (Roman) and Donald, Jr.; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Christopher, Shaun and Keegan; his sister Diane Nessel; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Desrochers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (47120 Romeo Plank Rd, Macomb, MI 48044).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Forgotten Harvest or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
