He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Guastella and Marie Guastella (Frontiera). He is survived by: his wife Linda Carter; his children, DeAnna Anderson, Frank Guastella (Tina) and Nicole Gonzalez; and his grandchildren, Daniela, Adriana, Braylon and Francesca.
