She was predeceased by: her father Matthew Kowalski; and her siblings, Edna, Stella, Edwin, Leonard, Emily and Norbert.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Swartz (Donna), Susan Grzybowski, Barbara Swartz, Sheila Fortuna (Joseph) and Julie Kusey (Mark); her grandchildren, Kenneth Swartz (Marissa), James Swartz (Heather), Paul Grzybowski, Jeffrey Grzybowski (Melissa), Kristen Grzybowski, Matthew Kurek (Jenny), Emily Kurek and Elizabeth Kusey; her great grandchildren, Sara, Olivia, Joshua, Skylar, Kyra (Jennifer) of Sydnee, TJ, Dylan, Breanna, Brayden, Ashlyn, Carl, Cameron and Kennedy; and her sister Agnes Taylor.
