She was predeceased by: her son Michael Steed; her parents, William Dawkins and Orrie Dawkins; her siblings, Abraham Dawkins, Nathaniel Dawkins, William Dawkins, Jr., Elijah Dawkins and Thomas Dawkins; and her niece Sonya Denise Dawkins.
She is survived by: her son Greggory L. Steed; her grandchildren, Greggory A. Steed and Kiara Steed; her siblings, Samuel Dawkins and Joycstean Dawkins; and her siblings' children, Shalonda Dawkins, Semeka Byrd and Diop Dawkins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home (268 North Perry St, Pontiac, MI 48342).
