She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thaddeus Sledz and Helen Sledz; her siblings, Dennis Sledz, Thomas Sledz (Sheri), Timothy Sledz, Thaddeus Sledz, Donna Tommelein (Todd) and Tina Sledz; her nieces and nephews, Natalie Affonso (Joe), Eric Sledz, Kyle Tommelein (Jyoti) and Sarah Tommelein; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Adelyn, Elise and Reese Affonso. She was also cherished by her family and friends.
