He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kujat and Helen Kujat (Cleverley); his brothers, Louis (Bud) and Robert (Bob); and his sister-in-law Patricia (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Melissa, Jennifer (Joel), Nickie (Alex), David and Sara; his sisters, Catherine Bowman (Dennis), Mary Helen Miller (John) and Patricia Casnovsky (Deacon Dave); and his pet Lexi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
