He is survived by: his mother Beryl England (Winters); his wife Valerie; his siblings, Carrie Hogan (John) and James England; his niece Sarah Hogan; his nephew Johnny Hogan; his stepchildren, Steven Schatzberg (Megan), Scott Schatzberg and Amanda Schatzberg; and his grandchildren, Troy Schatzberg and Claire Schatzberg. He is also survived by his family and friends.
