He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Donnelly and Martha A. Donnelly; and his brother Jeffrey P. Donnelly. He is survived by: his sister Anne M. Stryjewski (Jerome M.); his nephews, Jason M. Stryjewski (Heather Owens) and Justin M. Stryjewski; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon M., Logan J., Charlotte E., Zachary M. and Jacob M. Stryjewski.
