She is survived by: her son John Urbanchock III (Erika); her grandchildren, John (Jessica), Joshua, Stephanie and Elijah; her daughter Lori Valenza (Matthew); her grandchildren, Donald Jr., Jessica, Albert (Jamie) and Anthony; her daughter Mary Werner (Christopher); her granddaughter Jennifer (Robert); her daughter Jennifer Urbanchock (Michael); her grandchildren, Kyle (Paige), Jared (Maddie), Miya, Mikayla, Michael Jr., Ranaa and Antonio; her son Eric Urbanchock (Heidi); her grandchildren, Chloe (Derek), Wessley and Katelyn; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Zoie, Norah, Delores, Lamar Jr., Gabrielle and Conner.
