He is survived by: his wife Marie Metcalfe; his children, Jamie Metcalfe (Heather), Kristi Metcalfe, Marc Honold and Jessica Agudo; his grandchildren, Reagan Marie, Cami, Casey, Courtney, Christian and Kaylee; and his siblings, Kathy Sikorski, Gale Mlynarek (Greg), Laurie Moses (Joe), Steve Metcalfe (Donna), Dan Metcalfe (Barb) and Mark Metcalfe (Cindy).
