She is survived by: her mother Jean Skolas; her husband Tom Hudik; her children, Charity Davis-Custer and Henry Davis (Jessica); her grandchildren, Callum Davis-Custer, Allie and Max Davis; her siblings, Jim Skolas (Karen), John Skolas (Liz) and Deno Skolas (Carol); her nieces and nephews, Dayna Skolas, Jacob Skolas (Brooke), Katie Sollena (Patrick) and Andrew Skolas (Ashley); her close friend Patty Smelser; her aunt Helen MacDonald; and her cousins, Eric, Melissa and Ian Macdonald.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Nicki's memory to Turning Point and Leader Dogs for the Blind, charities she supported throughout her life.
