She was predeceased by: her mother Patricia Zach. She is survived by: her father Robert Zach; her children, Garrett and Lauren; and her sisters, Annette Pratt (Bill), Jeanette Simpson (Dwight) and Patricia Nelesen (Jerry). She is also survived by her family and friends.
