We are sad to announce that, on March 27, 2026, at the age of 70, Richard McDonald (Macomb, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard McDonald and Marie McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Therese; his sister Sue Ellen Wagner (Phil); and his sons, Garrett (Jessica) and Rudy (Ashley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association.
