We are sad to announce that, on September 16, 2025, at the age of 102, Richard P. McLaughlin of Macomb, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene McLaughlin and Clara McLaughlin; his siblings, Eugene Arthur and Irene (Genevieve); his former wife Shirlee Creagh; and his son-in-law Roger Barker.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Despres (Greg), Gayle Barker (Tom Kane), Barbara Burton (Brodie) and Richard Jr.; his son-in-law John Peardon; his grandchildren, Alyssa Peardon Crowder, Amy Bultynck (Todd), Andrea Peardon, Bradley Burton (Chanelle Pickens), Bret Burton (Carryn), Bryan Barker (Jenna) and Timothy Barker (Tiffany); and his great grandchildren, Austin Crowder, Gracyn, Gabrielle, Dylann Bultynck, Eva, Brodie Burton, Trexon Barker, Calista, Danica Barker and Wyatt Richard Peardon.
