He was predeceased by: his parents, Vidus Halambek and Eleanor Halambek (Jermolowicz); and his brother Joseph Jermolowicz. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dae MacPherson; his daughters, Roberta Holyfield (David) of Goodells and Elizabeth O'Herron (Michael) of Yale; and his grandchildren, Logan and Lillian.
