She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Eschenburg and Ann Eschenburg (Horger); her husband Marvin S. Braekevelt; her son Kenneth Braekevelt (Cheryl); and her brother George Eschenburg.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Mason (Michael), Linda Martin (Mike), Tim Braekevelt (Dee), Colleen Fraser and Joan Young (Brian); her grandchildren, Karl Martin, Kevin Martin, Tyler Braekevelt (Chelsea), Kaylin Eberhard (Daniel), Mitchell Fraser, Paige Young and Jason Young; her great grandchild Calvin; and her siblings, Harry Eschenburg, Dorothy Reygaert and Leona Allemon.
