He was predeceased by : his parents, Lillian Cusmano and Joseph Cusmano. He is survived by : his siblings, Sam (Dorthy) and Joyce; his wife Janice Bisby Cusmano; his grandchildren, Rudolph "Gino" Giovanni Obarto, Giovanni Joseph Cusmano and Gisselle Lily Cusmano; and also, Steven (Debbie), Joe (Robin) and Christine.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lee-Ellena Funeral Home (46530 Romeo Plank Rd, Macomb, MI 48044). The lying in state was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (18201 Clinton River Rd, Clinton Twp, MI 48038).
