It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Caroline Turner of Madison Heights, Michigan, who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Backus and Dorothy Backus; her grandson Matthew Hodnicak; and her brothers, Bill Backus and Jack Backus.

She is survived by: her husband Roderick Turner; her children, Cynthia Norman, Victoria Hodnicak, Nancy Butala (Kevin) and Scott Turner (Martha); her grandchildren, Christine Purgason (JT), Katie Carter (Emanuel), Chelsea Keller (Austen Rose), April Hodnicak, Victoria Lucas (Steve), Ashley, Breanne Butala, Christopher, Micah and Matthew Turner; her great grandchildren, Clayton Purgason, Caroline and Shaun Patrick Carter; and her brother Robert Backus (Teresa).
