He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Evans and Helen Evans; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Debbie (Shane), Mike (Ann Marie), Pam (Scott) and David (Michelle); and his sister Kathy.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Capuchin Fathers in Doug's Honor.
