She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Grenke and Elizabeth Grenke; her husband William J. Rearick; her granddaughter Krystle Rearick; and her siblings, Ann Quinlan, Harold Grenke, James Grenke, Marvin Grenke, Rosalee Grenke, Kenneth Grenke, George Grenke and Marion Vyverman.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Jr. Rearick (Lisa), Cheryl Johnsonbaugh (Michael), Michael Rearick (Patricia) and Daniel Rearick (Carolynne); her grandchildren, Monica Mertz (Chris), Amber Sawyers, Brandon Sawyers, Amanda Byrd (Paul), Ashley Rearick (Jeff), Kaitlyn Powers (Kyle), Aaron Rearick, Beth Rearick, Chris Johnsonbaugh (Sara), Samantha Johnsonbaugh, Vicki Johnsonbaugh (April), Michael (Brandy Johnsonbaugh) and Kaleigh Hamilton (Alex); and her brother David Genke (Rose).
The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 9:30 AM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hopcroft Funeral Home-Madison Heights (31145 John R Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church (12 Mile Rd, Michigan).
