He was predeceased by: his father Edward Hopper. He is survived by: his mother Carlene Hopper; his wife Katherine Hopper; his siblings, Barbara Johnson (Dean), David Hopper (Susie) and Lisa Sizemore (Wes); and his nieces and nephews, Erik Johnson (Shawna), Katherine Hopper, Larry Hopper and Jordan Cash.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions, a private memorial service is being held at Sawyer-Fuller Funeral Home.
