He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther L. Williams and Esther Tannehill; his brother Clifford Williams; and his grandsons, Bryan and David Williams.
He is survived by: his children, David Williams (Candy) of Duncan, OK and Marie Toole (James) of Harviell, MO; his siblings, Robert Tannehill (Val) of Fenton, MI, Gary Tannehill of Columbia, TN and Arla Tannehill of Lebanon, OH; his grandchildren, Mindy, Ashley (Connor), Brooke (Patrick) and Justin; his great grandchildren, Zoe, Rico, Lilia, Isaiah, Emma, Gabby of Ian, A. J, Liam, Colin, Vivian, Logan and Lenya; and his great great grandchild Corina Rose.
