With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Tingley of Mancelona, Michigan, who passed away on December 30, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Morningstar and Bernice Morningstar (Stout); her husband Ronald Tingley; her siblings, Ralph, William, Grant, Jim, Shirley, Wilma, Joan, Gertrude, Patricia, Joyce and Linda; her grandchildren, Randy Sarten Jr., Kelly and Joely Lamia; her son-in-law Bill McGrath; and her siblings-in-law, Jock, Max, Harold, John and Chris.
She is survived by: her children, Tamera McGrath of Lake Ann, Jim Sarten of Livonia, Randy Sarten (Loni) of Mancelona, Sherm Tipton Jr. (Pam) of Mancelona, Brian Tipton (Wendy) of Neshkoro, WI and Teri Grody of Mancelona; her sister Catherine Scholl (Louis) of Mancelona; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Carlson of Grand Rapids, Harley Vanhoose of Greenville, Judy Morningstar of Chandler, OK and Jane Morningstar of Oscoda. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
