He was predeceased by: his father Jeffrey Willard (Debra Kay Willard); his grandfather Dale Slee; and his uncle Mark Slee. He is survived by: his mother Debra Blumke; his father-in-law Bill; his brother Dale Willard (Joyce); his grandmother Fran Slee; and his aunt Sherry Oxendale (Dave).

Memorials in his name may be made to the Lions Club of Laingsburg or to the Munson Healthcare Hospice.
