He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Moyer and Bernice Moyer. He is survived by: his wife Teri; his daughters, Rebecca Lelito (Jeremiah) and Carissa Wolgamott (Quinton); his grandchildren, Madeleine and Adrian Lelito; his sisters, Cathy Edlund (Craig) and Sue Kalenberg (Tom); his sister-in-law Lauri Krumlauf (Rick); and his aunt Carole Ornatowski (John). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
