It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vercil Watkins of Mancelona, Michigan, who passed away on November 13, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vercil Watkins to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Watkins and Vada Howell Watkins; and his brothers, Dale Watkins, Daniel Watkins, Donald Watkins, Leonard Watkins, Venard Watkins and Charles Watkins.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lou Floyd Watkins; his children, Amanda Watkins Zimmermann (John), Charles Watkins (Kathy), Vercil Watkins (Pam), Venard Watkins (Rita), Jennifer Watkins Puza (Kevin), Lonnie Watkins and Floyd Watkins; his siblings, Virginia Miller (Donald), Jerry Watkins (Patricia), Sherry Windish (Randy) and Arlyn Harris; and his sister-in-law Margaret Watkins. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please make a charitable donation in honor of Butch Watkins to the Mike Rowe Works Foundation.
