She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Merle Lamb and Carmen Ona Pfaffinger; and her brothers, Brian Calloway (Cindy) and Walter Lamb (Anita). She is survived by: her children, Barry, BJ Lee, Gregory Lee (Erika), Kimberly Rickert and Darrel Lee (Jennifer); her siblings, Sandy Spicer (Tim), Angela Lamb, Beth Clouse (Jay), Bruce Calloway (Linda), Dawn Jarrett (Ron), Brett Calloway and Brandon Calloway (Julie); her grandchildren, Dustin Lee (Aleisha), Danielle Lee, Bailey Hull (Tyler), Jacob Rickert, Cole Rickert and Leila Rickert; and her great grandchildren, Jameson Connelly, Molly Hull and Leo Lee. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Pamela's honor are suggested to the Children's Health Fund (CHF) to support medical needs of children in underprivileged communities.
