With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley J. Garcia of Manchester, Michigan, born in East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on November 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles McRill and Marie McRill; and her siblings, Chuck, Ruth Ann and Barbara.
She is survived by: her husband Rupert R. Garcia; her children, Rupert (Joy), Michael (Rose), Stephen (Sharon) and Kathy; her grandchildren, Michael, Philip, Rachel, Mary Beth, Matthew, Annie, Miranda and Abigail; her great grandchild Carmen; and her sister Deborah Ann Arango. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
