He was predeceased by: his parents, William Griffin and Hazel Griffin (Estes). He is survived by: his wife Susan Cooley; his daughter Laura Jarels (Jesse); and his grandson Zachary Jarels. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
