He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lukas; his children, Richard Moore (Kimberly Dick) and Susan Clausen (Scott); his siblings, Patrick, Laura and Clarrisa; and his granddaughter Grace Clausen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
