He is survived by: his wife Louise Mackowiak; his stepdaughter Kristen Meyers; his stepgrandchildren, Joseph, Ella and Scott Meyers (Dana); his brother Paul Cilwa (Pauline); his nephews, Matthew, John and Edward Mackowiak (Therese); his niece Katie; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marie, Edward, Donna, Anne, Joseph, Daniel, Irene and Therese; his sister Mariane Spriet; his nieces and nephews, Andrew and Gustof; his sister-in-law Peggy Cilwa; and also, Stanely, Mackenzie and Carson. He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephew.
