He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Madden and Linnie Madden; his stepgrandson Eric Bouchard; his siblings, Linnie Bell Roberts, Claude Jr., Devinnie, George Edward, James, Arthur and Raymond; and his granddaughter Trisha Jankowski.
He is survived by: his wife Elnora Margaret Madden (Wahr); his brother Robert Madden (Eleonora); his children, Brenda Bromley (John), Linda Madden, Douglas Madden (Kimber), David Madden (Monica) and Daniel Madden (Jessica); his grandsons, Cory Jankowski, Nathan Jankowski (Katrina), Joshua and Lucas Madden; his great grandchild Paisley Jayde Jankowski; and his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Rounds, Johnny Bouchard and Rachel Colby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
