He was predeceased by: his parents, Casmir Kukla and Rose Kukla (Chycinski); his wife Margret K. Shea; his daughters, Cynthia Lynn Eble, Lee Ann Stetzel and Margret "Peggy" Denise Kocevar; his siblings, Helen Markinen (Evert), Irene Kuczynski (Robert), Virginia Yoder and Joseph Kukla (Mary); and his granddaughter DeeAnn Grey.
He is survived by: his children, Allen Kukla of Glenwood Springs, CO and Debra Olson (Dirk) of Manistee; his grandchildren, Michael Kenny of Nevada, Jacquelyn Schoenherr of Hawaii, Susan Kocevar and Beverly Kocevar; his great grandchildren, Branden Gray, Erin Grey, Tyler Woods and Amara Cambric; his great great grandchild Allantae Nix; his sisters, Blondine Goslinoski and Margie Martin; and his close friends, Michael, Julie Feliczyk, Tom and Sally Stefanski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
